Regional Director (RD) Allan G. Farnazo joyfully hands over the modules for Mambago-A Elementary School at the Island Garden City of Samal.
He responded to the request of Jonel Vistal, a teacher, to deliver their modules. There he met Julit O. Playda, the school principal, who was stunned with joy to see the RD herself.
