General Function of the Division/Section/Unit

 

The Legal Unit provides prompt and responsive legal services to the stakeholders of the region to ensure integrity and accountability in public service, and the efficient delivery of quality basic education.
General Function of the Position (Job Summary)

 

To provide judicious and expeditious legal and technical assistance, advice, and guidance to the Regional Office; and to lead and manage the work of the RO legal unit.

  1. Authenticated copy of Official Transcript of Records (with CAV issued by CHED);
  2. Updated Service Records;
  3. Certificate of Employment;
  4. Certificate of training/ seminar/ workshops attended relevant to vacant position, recognition/ appreciation within 5 years and not used in the latest promotion;
  5. Latest Appointment (validated by CSC) (for Government Employees);
  6. Current Position Description Form (PDF) (for Government Employees) or Certified Current Job Description (for applicants from Private Company);
  7. Current Neuro-psychiatrict exam result;
  8. Clearances – Police and NBI Clearance; and
  9. Current Drug Test Result
